Hispanic-American Professional and Business Women’s Association (HAPBWA) is founded in 1997 as a non-for profit organization dedicated to helping promote career driven women to market themselves better in today's world. The organization was envisioned as a mechanism to bring Hispanic professionals and businesswomen together to set strategies and create a women’s network in order to advance their professional and business interests. 

HAPBWA Foundation was created in 2010 to support the educational interests of women of all ages. It was developed to help promote professional development and to provide that education through various venues.
